World Class ASE Certified technician and President of Sullivan's Advanced Fleet Service, which was sold in May of 2013. For over three decades Mr. Sullivan's Fleet Service companies served Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma with comprehensive Mobile/Onsite truck service, fleet management training and driver safety training services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Physics and is a World Class Certified Technician by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Over the past 21 years, Pete has been honored to be contractor to ASE and has participated in over 20 workshops to write the Advanced L1, L2, A8, and T6 Technician certification tests. Pete has four times been a NAPA/ASE Technician of the Year Finalist.

Pete has worked closely with many industry associations such as SAE, AAA, NAPA, TMC, ARC, NFPA and has contributed white papers and articles to many trade publications. Pete is a long standing member of the Texas Motor Transport Association and the Houston Chapter of Safety Professionals. Pete also has been contracted as a consultant to the U.S. EPA Motor Vehicle Emissions Testing Laboratory and does research work with the product development and marketing teams at Shell/Pennzoil, SPX/OTC, Tektronix, Matco Tools and many other software, tool, and supplier firms. As a 36 year veteran of the trucking, transportation, railroad, and recreational vehicle industries, Pete has a wide and varying legal expert CV, specializing in Medium Duty/Heavy Duty Truck, Hy-Rail, light duty car/truck, motorcycle, ATV, marine, heavy equipment, machinery, tire, bicycle, commercial motor carrier safety and DOT compliance, and commercial motor vehicle driver/operator qualification and compliance, and job site safety cases.

Pete utilizes his unique insights, legal knowledge and experience, innovative diagnostic techniques, factory and specialized hardware, software, and other advanced and novel forensic testing and data acquisition equipment. The team at Advanced Analysis Associates combines their sheer will and determination with their comprehensive technical knowledge and skill, specializing in cases that involve trucking and transportation safety, workplace safety, equipment safety, product defect cases, and cases involving Electronic Engine Control (ECM), Electronic Throttle Control, Electronic Power Steering, Anti-Lock Brake, Supplemental Restraint, and other complex electronic, computerized, closed-loop, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Pete and his team perform accident site and vehicle inspections, perform data downloads, including analysis, on most all makes and models of vehicles and equipment, reconstruct accidents, perform exemplar and product testing, metallurgical testing, fluid analysis, CMV driver and motor carrier compliance analysis, compile expert reports, give depositions, and testify at trial, OSHA, and at governmental hearings.
